BACKGROUND
Tony has lived on the Sunshine Coast all of his life attending the Mooloolaba Primary School and Maroochydore High School.
Tony has been admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and a Legal Practitioner in New South Wales. He was elected to the Queensland Law Society Council in 2007 for a term of 2 years. Tony is also the Vice President of the Sunshine Coast Law Association after having served on the committee for the past 4 years. He is also a volunteer for the Sunshine Coast Community Legal Centre which provides free legal advice to the community. Tony specialises in Business Law and Sports Entertainment Law. He provides expert advice in all aspects of buying or selling small to medium businesses or establishing a new business. He acts for many landlord and tenants in both commercial and retail leasing matters. This includes drafting or providing advice in agreements to lease off the plan matters, leases, amendments or renewals to existing leases, and leasing disputes.
