BACKGROUND

Sam Barber joined Ferguson Cannon on 1 July 2008. 

Sam was born in Brisbane and then attended school in Canberra and Jindabyne. He has a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Applied Economics. He completed his Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and Masters of Law at the Australian National University. Sam was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2008.

Sam has worked at the Attorney Generals Department and Legal Aid within the A.C.T. Upon moving to Brisbane he worked with the Queensland Police Service and SPARQ Solutions the service provider for Ergon Energy and Energex.

Sam is recently engaged and will be married in early 2009. He has a passion for skiing, the beach, travelling and all sports.
